Project

In the past, SENNEBOGEN relied on individual, non-centrally linked applications for dealers and end customers. In order to ensure an optimal user experience, these applications needed to be merged and integrated into the existing IT landscape. This would mean digital services could be provided for all users – and form the basis for digital business for SENNEBOGEN.

By bundling all its offers in one portal and using single sign-on access, mySENNEBOGEN ensures simplified and, above all, more efficient processes.

Defined areas according to user group

Areas defined according to user groups control access to information and functions according to the respective authorisations and responsibilities of the users. Sensitive data is protected and only accessible to authorised users. At the same time, users only see the information and applications they need for their work.

Data integration compatible with multiple sources

mySENNEBOGEN can be connected to existing dealer portals. At the same time, integration with different systems – such as the in-house telematics system SENtrack – and machines from other manufacturers is also possible.
