adesso SE, Deutsche Arzt AG and NOVOTERGUM GmbH have joined forces to establish joint venture pangenia systems GmbH with the aim of developing innovative software solutions for the German healthcare market. The company is set to focus on solutions for orthopaedics, physiotherapy and digital healthcare management.

Jochen Roeser, Chairman of the Management Board of Deutsche Arzt AG and Managing Director of NOVOTERGUM GmbH, underlines the importance of rapid use-case implementation in the market: “The German healthcare market is undergoing radical change as a result of digitalisation.
