Following the development and launch of an iPhone app called iMode, the plan was to create a mobile shopping portal with many features in order to enable users to enjoy the herrenausstatter.de shopping experience on all other mobile devices.

With the help of the in|MOTION technology developed by adesso mobile, requests from mobile devices are automatically redirected to mobil.herrenausstatter.de using browser sniffing techniques. This way, customers can easily place orders, see the latest news and access their personal account. This project used the in|MOTION solution* – a powerful tool that allows existing services to be made available for mobile devices quickly and efficiently.
